To ensure the best value for our customers, we fulfill orders from our international warehouses located in the USA, Europe, and Asia. This "Direct-to-Consumer" model ensures that you receive the latest inventory fresh from the production line.

2. Shipping Rates

We strive to keep our shipping costs as transparent and affordable as possible:

  • Standard Global Shipping: We offer a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for all international orders.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00.

  • Insured Shipping (Optional): We also offer Insured Shipping for $7.95, which protects your package against loss or damage during transit.

3. Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team performs a quality check and packages your items within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order begins its journey to you.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

We use premium international carriers (USPS, DHL, CJPacket) to ensure your package arrives safely. Depending on your location, here is what you can expect:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days

  • Australia & Canada: 8–14 business days

5. Order Tracking

We believe in transparency. Within 48-72 hours of shipment, we will provide you with a Live Tracking Number. You can follow your package’s journey every step of the way through our website's "Track Order" page.

6. Customs & Import Duties

In our effort to keep shipping costs low, please note that some international orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple products may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. Don't worry—you won't be charged extra for this!

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@vizardshop.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
