Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Mandatory Return Authorization
To maintain our global logistics efficiency, please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on the shipping label.
All returns must be authorized by our support team.
Please email us at support@vizardshop.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific address of our nearest logistics center for your return.
Items sent back without an RMA or to the manufacturer's address on the package will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72-120 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: To expedite your request, you must provide a clear unboxing video or high-quality photos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
Once verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or return at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return Shipping: For returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size/color ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item for a return credit and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Personal care items (beauty products, undergarments).
Perishable goods or gift cards.
